Our new Smile Out Loud program is a way for us to thank our current patients for their referrals as well as a way to welcome our new patient to their new dental home.

Start today! Here are the easy steps to receive your gift card:
1. Contact us to obtain YOUR Smile out Loud Cards.

2. Select your gift card. Simply choose from Target or Kroger, the gift card of your choice.
3. Refer a friend. Tell your friends, family and colleagues. Ask your friend to bring the referral card to his or her initial appointment. Be sure that both of you circle the gift card you want. After your friends initial new patient appointment is completed, a gift card will be mailed to each of you.
4. Shop! - After your friend's initial new patient appointment is completed, you will receive in the mail the gift card you have chosen. All that's left to do is decide what you will purchase with your free gift card! It's that simple!
